The three sites are in an area of the marina property known as “Restaurant Row.” CBRE is looking to identify operators who can provide a unique waterfront experience for residents and visitors, officials said.

“There are few locations available like this anywhere in Florida,” said Tony Brown, Executive Director of the Riviera Beach CRA.  “We’re looking for restaurant operators who can deliver an experience that is authentic to our spectacular waterfront location, and one fully vested in becoming a vital part of the multi-million dollar transformation underway at the Riviera Beach Marina.”

The three sites range in size from 5,126 square feet to 8.722 square feet.  The sites offer outstanding views overlooking the marina, the Intracoastal Waterway and Peanut Island.

“We have interest from very experienced, successful restaurant operators in West Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale who know this market,” CBRE Broker Nicole Fontaine said. “This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of the most exciting waterfront development north of Miami.”

The Riviera Beach CRA has set up a Small Business Loan Fund to help provide capital to qualified operators, officials said.
