The vision for the project as showcased above was unveiled on January 30, 2013, at a joint CRA and City Council Workshop.  The CRA hosted open house viewing times to provide interested residents and visitors with information and an opportunity to provide comments on our new Marina District Redevelopment Project. Open Houses were held January 22^nd, January 23^rd, January 24^th, January 28^th  and February 5, 2013 at the CRA offices (2001 Broadway on the 3rd Floor, Riviera Beach, FL). The plans will be reviewed by the City’s Planning and Zoning Board February 14, 2013 while the CRA Board of Commissioners and City Council are scheduled to consider approval at their respective meetings on February 27, 2013, at 5:30 PM.
