CRA Programs

This page will feature the current programs that the CRA has initiated to facilitate redevelopment within the CRA District.

CRA Beautification Awards
The first annual CRA Beautification Awards Program is now accepting submissions. The CRA Beautification Awards Program will has four categories
  1. Restoration and Adaptive Reuse
  2. Commercial
  3. Beautification on a Budget
  4. Unique in Riviera Beach
The CRA will accept nominations and submissions from March 1st to May 31st at 4:30pm. Applications can be downloaded at the webpage, and no late applications will be accepted.
 
There will be one award winner from each category, and each winner will receive a $250 gift card and a plaque to display on the exterior of their property.
 
The entry form, program guidelines, and explanation of the categories can all be found in the application packet (which can be downloaded below). Applications will only be accepted by mail or hand delivery to the CRA Office located at:

CRA Grants Program
The CRA would like to announce the approval and implementation of a grant improvement program. This grant improvement program will primarily focus on the Broadway Corridor (but will be approved on a case by case basis to other entities outside of the Broadway Corridor). The grant improvement program will improve commercial property located along the major corridors within the CRA district. The grant improvement program consists of 4 incentive programs:
  1. Strategic Enhancement Incentive Program
  2. Comprehensive Enhancement Incentive Program
  3. Visual Beautification Enhancement Incentive
  4. Business Relocation Assistance Incentive
