CRA Programs

This page will feature the current programs that the CRA has initiated to facilitate redevelopment within the CRA District.

CRA Grants Program

The CRA would like to announce the approval and implementation of a grant improvement program. This grant improvement program will primarily focus on the Broadway Corridor (but will be approved on a case by case basis to other entities outside of the Broadway Corridor). The grant improvement program will improve commercial property located along the major corridors within the CRA district. The grant improvement program consists of 4 incentive programs:

Strategic Enhancement Incentive Program
Comprehensive Enhancement Incentive Program
Visual Beautification Enhancement Incentive
Business Relocation Assistance Incentive
