The CRA and the City of Riviera Beach approved the replacement of an old motel and
apartment building with a new Publix grocery store on the north side of Blue Heron Boulevard, west of Lakeshore Drive in Riviera
Beach. (252 E. Blue Heron Blvd.) This new store will be 28,000 square feet and will include 2 levels of garage parking.
Construction of the new Publix has already begun and is expected to be completed in the Fall of 2011. On Tuesday, November
16, 2010 the CRA hosted a groundbreaking ceremony. The event was a success!
