The Riviera Beach CRA in an effort to efficiently redevelop the 858 acres of the Community Redevelopment Area has subdivided the Community Redevelopment Area into nine Geostrategic areas.
The CRA Redevelopment Plan is a holistic plan that focuses on programs and projects to redevelop the CRA District. The CRA District comprises 858 Acres of Riviera Beach (please see the Boundary Map) the CRA will focus on an incremental project and program approach to revitalization Riviera Beach. To aid in this endeavor, the CRA District is subdivided into Redevelopment Priority Areas (also referred to as Geostrategic Zones) and programs and projects are planned for each Priority Area and areas correspond with the Community Redevelopment Plan and the Citizens Master Plan.
