CRA MISSION STATEMENT:

To optimize the future value of property within the Community Redevelopment Area by creating a prioritized strategy for redevelopment, including investing in capital infrastructure that will support the CRA and improvements desired by the City and the residents of the community.

The Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency was established by the City Council in 1984 to guide the City in its redevelopment efforts. The purpose of the CRA is remove slum and blight by enhancing the tax base and economy of the City.
